Why’s it called the ARC-BSSA1?
ARC reflects flow and strength. BSS = Bulgarian Split Squat. A = Anchor. 1 = First-of-its-kind. A foundation for movement. Call it the Arc for ease.
Why should I train with the ARC-BSSA1?
It’s the first of its kind. A simple, powerful solution designed to support form, reduce injury risk, and unlock confidence in your movement. Nothing else does what it does because nothing else is built like it.
Can I use it for more than Bulgarian Split Squats?
Absolutely. Think of it as a movement base. Great for strength, balance, mobility, and bodyweight drills.

A personal injury from lifting heavy during an unsupported Bulgarian split squat. A moment of frustration that sparked a movement. SUP’R’SETGYM blends perseverance, design, and purpose. Making fitness feel more intentional, accessible, and powerful.
Why are we called SUP’R’SETGYM?
In training, a superset pushes you past comfort. No rest. No limits. That’s our mindset! Go again, and again. The name is a nod to that repetition, resilience, and rhythm.
What does SUP’R’SETGYM believe in?
Our ethos is simple: progress through rhythm, repetition, and refinement.

What is your slogan and what does it mean?
Our slogan is built on two simple phrases: +1 Mindset and ONE... AND ANOTHER.

What’s behind the logo design?
It’s form and function in harmony. Our mark draws from ancient Olympia, where sport was formalized and the pursuit of excellence began. Geometric strength meets timeless symbolism, echoing the Ionic Order’s balance and form.
Why the apostrophes and the connected R and Y?
The spirals reference the Ionic capital, a symbol of growth and symmetry. The balteus, our metaphorical belt holds everything together. The connected R and Y bind movement and unity. The missing E balances the form. Every detail has intention. Nothing is random.
